This low-sugar jelly is made with freshly squeezed orange juice from our grove.  We steep sachets of whole spices in the juice before adding the pectin, giving this seasonal jelly a warmth that pairs really well with the honey from our beekeepers local hives.  

Ingredients: orange juice, sugar, honey, whole cloves, whole allspice, cinnamon sticks, orange peel, Pomona's Universal Pectin (monocalcium phosphate powder, methoxyl citrus pectin)

How to use:

• Serve with toasted sourdough, biscuits, scones, english muffins etc
• Blend into a white wine based vinaigrette for a citrusy dressing for winter salads
• Make the Orange Trifle @ delicious.com.au
• Use as the sweetener in a cup of English Breakfast or Earl Grey tea
