This is David’s current favorite jam.  He says I got the tart/sweet balance right and the rose adds a nice floral finish.  He immediately said it would be great on cheesecake.  

Ingredients: plums, sugar, lemon juice, rose extract (cane alcohol (90), natural flavors, glycerin, rose oil)
