Our Meyer lemon tree finally produced enough fruit to make a small batch of this bright, herbaceous jelly.  

Ingredients: meyer lemons, sugar, thyme, fruit pectin (dextrose, citric acid)

How to use:

Serve on top of Bon Appetit's Vanilla-Bean Pots de Creme (or any creamy dessert)

Make Smucker's Jam & Salad Vinaigrette

Use in place of raspberry jam in Betty Crocker's Raspberry Cream Shortbread Cookies
