Our homegrown citrus combine in this slow-boiled traditional marmalade. Chunks of candied citrus throughout are a juicy surprise in each jar. We love this marmalade as a classic topping on toast, but it would be delightful in a marinade for chicken or sandwiched between shortbread cookies.
