The best of the berries in my opinion.  Not only is this jam delicious, it's also beautiful.  You'll be putting it on grilled cheese, bagels, cakes, cookies and believe it or not, makes a lovely vinaigrette on a beet salad.    

Ingredients: blueberries, sugar, lemon juice, vanilla bean
