Our apple trees produced an epic amount of fruit this year, so we've been wearing out our juicer and looking for creative ways to preserve the delicious juice.

This is a very low sugar jelly that will make the perfect gift for the creative cooks in your life.  It's sweet and tart and the herbaceous notes from the rosemary will pair nicely with meats, cheeses and veggies.  

Ingredients:

apple juice, dried rosemary, sugar, lemon juice, Pomona's Universal Pectin (low methoxyl citrus pectin, monocalcium phosphates)

How to use: 

• Use in Smucker's Jam & Salad Vinaigrette
• Mix into roasted veggies right out of the oven
• Pour some over a log of goat cheese and serve with crackers
• Create a signature marinade for a pork loin by mixing in a little olive oil, garlic, fresh rosemary and some salt and pepper
