If you like tart jams, this one is for you!  We went heavy with the lemon juice and created a bright, tongue-popping jam that will be delicious with creamy desserts this holiday season.

Ingredients: apples, lemon juice and zest, sugar, honey, pectin (dextrose, fruit pectin, citric acid)

How to Use:

• Serve on top of Bon Appetit's Buttermilk Panna Cotta
• Use as a filling in thumbprint cookies, jelly rolls or crepes
• Pipe into your favorite vanilla cupcakes after they cooled and before frosting them
• Whip into cream cheese and serve with toasted bagels
