Our apricot trees are often the first to blossom in the grove, giving our bees plenty of nectar to sip in the late winter months.  That nectar then becomes the scrumptious honey our beekeeper gives us, so we created a an apricot jam that is only sweetened with honey. The honey finish makes this jam the perfect topping for yogurt, crepes, or grilled cheese sandwiches.

ingredients : apricots, pure honey, lemon juice, vanilla bean
